We try to keep all products in stock and your order will be despatched to you as soon as possible.
If you are shopping in the evening, then we will be processing your order in the morning and despatching it tomorrow (exc. Sunday - no collections).
If you are shopping during the day, then we will hopefully be getting your order despatched to you when all our parcels are collected at about 5.30pm. Some days can be very busy though and orders placed after 3.30pm may not make it into the post until the next day.
What happens if we do not have your items in stock?
We operate our business with the intention of keeping everything that is for sale on our site in stock. However, we all know that life is not that simple! Some products suddenly get very popular which can clear our stocks out, and also, we also get let down by suppliers who don't delivery our orders on time. In these circumstances, if we are going to get your item/s within 1-2 days then we will wait for them and send them to you 1st Class as soon as we have them(any upgrade fees will be deducted). If there is chance a of a longer wait though, we will email you to make sure that any delay is acceptable.

Please have your order number to hand and someone will be happy to take your details. Should we not hear from you within 7 days of you placing the order, we will cancel your order and delete it from our system.
